If you are sending us products for laser engraving and your product gets damaged during shipping this will fall on the carrier, we are not liable for damaged products. The carrier does offer insurance on the product during shipping, you can purchase this for an extra fee on shipping! Just let us know if you would like to purchase the insurance! Very cost efficient!
