At JT Anything Online, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, this policy explains your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale.”
- Digital products or downloads.
- Gift cards.
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged due to misuse.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost we paid to ship the item may be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.
- If you need to exchange for the same item, email us first at jacob@jtanythingonline.com.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or we shipped the wrong item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company.
